Believe it or not, we aren’t always about the foodservice packaging here at Genpak. Within the walls of this bulking packaging giant of a company dwells people who care about other people. For many years now Genpak folks have been heavily involved with the local Relay For Life program that benefits the American Cancer Society. Things are done such as $2 casual Thursdays, ice cream socials, raffles and other fun events that raise much needed money to help fight cancer. On April 16th we will be participating in the ProShred event which helps combat identity theft. All proceeds from that event go to our Relay for Life fund. Also coming up April 23rd is our annual Doggiewalk fundraiser. Folks from all around our local communities here in the Glens Falls, NY area show up in-toe with man’s best friend. If you are going to be in the neighborhood, stop by and join in the fun. This all culminates on June 3rd for our area annual Relay For Life event held at the Queensbury, NY school track. Individuals and teams from all around come and walk the track in support of this great cause. Genpak is a proud supporter. Keep up the great work team!
