Industry NewsSep 5, 2012 - Good news for all foodservice operators & their empolyees, consumers and people/business involved in the single use food packaging industry in the state of California. The short-sighted bill introduced in Calafornia that would prohibit the use of foam food packaging was defeated. In short, menu prices should not increase due to higher packaging costs, manufacturing jobs will stay domestic and foodservice jobs will be saved. |
