Two Piece Food Packaging
One of our signature product lines is our two piece food packaging containers . In this video we showcase our black laminate plates, bowls and containers with PET plastic lids. As you see, these food containers are perfect to use for carry out containers, keeping warm or cold food fresh until served or bought, or as part of your stock of catering supplies. One of the things we offer is a black foam base with a clear top so you can see the items that you package. This really is a nice upscale feel. The laminate base also makes it cut resistance. So you can cut chicken, steak or whatever you want in this. We offer it in a variety of sizes, but the lids are made of PET. PET is flexible, durable, doesn't cut or split like some of the other very brittle OPS containers. And the PET lids are also made with up to 50% post consumer regrind plastic. What is that? Water bottles. Basically we use ground up water bottles to make our containers. It's #1 recyclable. This is kind of a unique concept where we have closed off lids, so you don't have any product migration. In others words, the gravy from the steak or chicken in here doesn't migrate into the peas or the mashed potatoes, unless you really want it to happen. And again, laminate foam base - if you notice on the bottom of this, a ridged base. Why do we do ridges? Well, a lot of our containers if you have a sandwich that's hot, or hot application, the ridges allow airflow underneath the product so it doesn't get soggy as fast. It's good for your customers when they want to take home your product. Because really what you want is a take out product and the food is going to taste exactly like you serve it at the restaurant, or as close as you can get to it. That gives you your return customers.
